From Saturday 12th to Sunday 27th April 2025, we’re inviting families to join us for a range of creative and interactive Easter-themed events designed to keep children entertained while exploring the museum’s fascinating galleries.

What’s On This Easter Holiday

🗓️ Easter Trail

Available daily: Sat 12th – Sun 27th April

Take part in our fun and educational Easter-themed trail around the museum. As you explore our galleries, keep an eye out for clues and surprises that bring the Easter story to life with a unique military twist.

🎨 Easter Garden Bunting Activity

Dates: Sat 12th & Sun 13th April

Join us in decorating our brand new Veterans Garden Area! Children can help design colourful Easter bunting, which will be proudly displayed on Easter Sunday and Monday.

🐣 Scrumpty Easter Egg Puzzle Craft

Dates: Wed 16th & Thurs 17th April

Get creative with a special Easter egg puzzle-making activity inspired by Scrumpty, the much-loved character created for the 2015 Rugby World Cup. Perfect for crafty kids with a love of puzzles and history!

🎨 Easter Egg Painting Activity

Dates: Sat 19th & Sun 20th April

Young visitors can get stuck into some messy fun with our egg painting craft session. Create your own beautifully decorated Easter egg to take home.

🧺 Easter Basket Making

Dates: Wed 23rd & Thurs 24th April

Children can enjoy making their very own Easter basket to store their treats, using a variety of craft materials and decorations.
